Chrystal Petree - Aesthetician

Chrystal is the Aesthetician for Aesthetic Surgery of Tulsa and is proudly the newest addition to our practice.

Chrystal has worked in the field of aesthetics for almost three years and specializes in skin care, waxing, laser therapy, facial/body procedures and many other of the most important aspects of aesthetics. While new to our practice, Chrystal strives to tailor the perfect service to fit your skin care and aesthetic needs. She received her training in California at the prestigious Masters of Cosmetology and trained in Indiana with an elite cosmetic college. As a life-long native to California, she has found Tulsa to be the place that she fondly calls "home."

After extensive experience with various local spas, she has a broad knowledge of numerous skin care lines. With Chrystal's passion for her field of service, you are guaranteed to find everything you need for your skin, face and body.

Personally, Chrystal is constantly searching for ways to continue her education in the aesthetic industry through seminars, classes, and community functions. She is a very active and energetic person who enjoys running, hiking, and anything that can be done outdoors. Chrystal has two cats, Happy and Munchkin, who are both thoroughly convinced that they are her children!

Chrystal is very excited to join Dr. Mitchells' team and looks forward to working with Aesthetic Surgery of Tulsa for many years to come.

Meredith Root - Practice Manager

Meredith is the Practice Manager for Aesthetic Surgery of Tulsa. She Joined Dr. Mitchell's team in June of 2008 after profound experience in the fields of customer service, management and education. Meredith coordinates the surgery schedule for the office, consults with patients about financial aspects of every procedure, manages daily operations within the practice, works with insurance companies for patient care, manages advertising/marketing with vendors, promotes Aesthetic Surgery of Tulsa to area businesses and many other of the administration aspects of the practice. She strives to maintain an organized, communicative office structure while providing the absolute best patient care Tulsa has to offer.

Personally, Meredith is working on her Bachelor's and Masters Degree in English Literature through Northeastern State University. She has just recently been engaged to Justin Fuller and is already hard at work to plan the perfect wedding! She loves every minute she gets to spend with her family and hopes to continue working with Dr. Mitchell for many years to come.

Elissa Caswell - Medical Assistant

Elissa is the Medical Assistant for Aesthetic Surgery of Tulsa. She joined Dr. Mitchell’s team after extensive years of pre-medical education and customer service. Elissa assists Dr. Mitchell with in-office procedures, pre and post-operative patient medical care, and in-patients within the hospital.  She works closely with each patient to ensure his or her every expectation is met and exceeded.  She enjoys working beside Dr.Mitchell and the staff of Aesthetic Surgery of Tulsa.  Elissa strives to maintain a cheerful and organized office structure. She looks forward to continued years working as a valued part of the team to further her knowledge in the medical field.

Personally, Elissa is a full time pre-medical student and plans to apply to the University of Oklahoma Medical School to continue her pursuit of a medical degree.  She recently moved back to Tulsa from The University of Oklahoma Norman campus and currently attends night and weekend classes at Tulsa Community College.  Elissa spends her limited spare time studying at Starbucks and spending time with friends and family.
